Krenek Opera Shorts: Video on „Life of Orestes“ now online

The Krenek Opera Shorts series was launched last year with a video on Krenek's opera "Jonny spielt auf". The animated videos guide through the plots of selected operas by Ernst Krenek in an entertaining and compact way.

Now the next video is online: "Life of Orestes", op. 60, with the tried-and-tested cast: text and voice by Christian Reiner, animation by Markus Dorninger and Matthias Fritz from OMAi GmbH and music by Karl Ritter. In only 7 minutes the complex plot of the great opera, which lasts around 2 hours, is introduced!
